Our laboratory and inspection body personnel adhere to a rigorous Quality Management System to ensure customer satisfaction when using our services. All personnel involved in the services offered by HTT are familiar with the quality control documentation and understand the management policies and working procedures and work as a team to continually improve towards the effectiveness of the management system.

The purpose of the management system is to define a standard approach for providing the highest quality service to our customers thereby building customer confidence in the validity of results our laboratory and inspection body provides. Moreover, the management system ensures continuity despite changes in personnel or management. The quality manual serves as a communication tool as well as a training tool for new employees.
HTT ensures continuous compatibility management system (using documented procedures and monitoring of management system).
It is critical that all personnel conform with the requirements of the Management System, our customer requirements, as well as the relevant regulatory authority’s requirements. Therefore, all personnel performing laboratory or inspection activities shall be familiar with ISO/IEC 17025, ISO/IEC 17020 and all other applied standards, customer requirements, the quality manual as well as other procedures and work instructions that affect the quality of work.
All testing, calibration and/or inspection activities shall be carried out in accordance with this company Management System, stated methods and our customers’ requirements. Our standard for service will exceed our customer expectations for accurate, repeatable and impartial test results.
Personnel must be competent to perform laboratory and/or inspection activities and demonstrate impartiality on a consistent basis.
HTT is committed to providing customers with professional high-quality service ensuring that the test, calibrations and/or inspections are carried out with high standards of service so as to achieve customer satisfaction, accuracy in results and timely dispatch of reports/certificates and to continuously meet or exceed the expectations of our customers.
HTT aims to meet legal and other requirements in accordance with company energy resources, environmental protection and occupational health and safety and information security.

HTT-High Tech Tests ensures that testing, calibration and inspections are conducted impartially by contractual binding.
Our company has documented structures, policies and procedures to manage impartiality and to ensure that the relevant activities are undertaken impartially.
HTT has established processes to ensure that the personnel always conduct the services impartially and independently. To guarantee the functionality of these processes, HTT works with a risk-based concept. Furthermore, HTT has established a committee for guaranteed impartiality, thus the impartiality of our services will be periodically verified.
We maintain a presence of objectivity, independence, neutrality and freedom from conflict of interest.
All our personnel are aware of their duties and responsibilities and the requirement for impartiality is to be maintained at all times so as to ensure possible conflicts of interests do not arise.
HTT takes responsibility for its activities and does not allow commercial, financial or other pressures to compromise impartiality.

HTT is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of our customer/clients and other stakeholders and any information obtained or created during the performance of services of our activities or obtained from sources other than the customer/client, will be consider confidential.
HTT does not disclose the confidential information outside HTT without the written consent of the customer/clients and other stakeholders concerned, except where the law requires otherwise or there is a need to fulfill legal responsibilities.
HTT-High Tech Tests will not disclose such information to third parties, unless prior agreement has been provided, from clients, customers and/or other related parties, unless forced by law requirements.
All our personnel are aware that the requirement for confidentiality is to be maintained at all times.
