HTT was initially established in 1993. On 2012, the electrical meter services were established and they were operating as single independent company. Our expansion has allowed us the luxury of remaining a service-oriented company and the ability to remain unbiased in our recommendations to our clients. We sell no products. Our only commodity is service. We provide complete verification, inspection and calibration services for electric energy instruments as well as calibration services for other instruments used for measuring electrical quantities.
HTT is the oldest company in the Albanian market, starting its services with the verification of electricity meters since 2012. HTT has won and maintains a valid accreditation of the ISO 17025 standard.
In 2015 HTT wins the accreditation with the ISO 17025 standard as a calibration laboratory of energy meters and standard reference meters.
In 2018 the company wins the accreditation with the ISO 17020 standard as an inspection body of single and polyphase electrical energy meters. HTT has further expanded the scope of accreditation by also adding inspection of current transformers and measurement of earthing resistance at the client location.
Over the years the company has been certified with many other standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001.

We attained our national and international accreditation for ISO/IEC 17025, in the field of verification, inspection and calibration of electrical meters and other instruments used for measuring electrical quantites. We have maintained our certification in continual good standing, adding to and refining our abilities regularly.
Our laboratory is the first private sector laboratory in Albania authorized for verification of electric meters to get accreditation ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO/IEC 17020.
